CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid delaying the next client. If there is not enough time to safely complete your service, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the cancellation fee will apply.
